WHITE SHAMAN MUSIC VIDEO: Original CG Project (2026.3)

This is a solo CG project, where I was responsible for all aspects from character design, modeling & texturing, rigging, character animation and cloth simulation, rendering and compositing.
The concept is an underground idol performing the song in his basement studio. The song is White Shaman by Soft Ballet, one of my favorite bands.

Modeled in Maya & Blender, sculpted in ZBrush, cloth constructed and simulated in Marvelous Designer. Character animation was a combination of Rokoko mocap data and keyframe animation.

For the character concept, I was inspired by 2000s-2010s emo/scene culture. I wanted the character to have outrageous hair, clashing patterns and an unapologetic attitude.

Character Animation (Rokoko Mocap + Keyframe Animation)
I recorded my performance using a Rokoko suit. Then, I retargeted it to my character rig and combined it with keyframe animation for the arms and hands, for which I needed very specific movements.
